N8tive Minds Tutoring Services

1. Introduction

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which tutoring services are provided by N8tive Minds. By enrolling in tutoring services, the student and/or parent/legal guardian agree to these terms.

2. Tutoring Services

Tutoring services will be provided by independent tutors referred by N8tive Minds. Tutors will offer academic support in agreed-upon subjects and are expected to adhere to professional and industry standards.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• • Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability between the tutor and the
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring a session fee.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in full or partial session charges at the tutor’s discretion.
  • In case of repeated cancellations, N8tive Minds reserves the right to discontinue

4. Parental/Guardian Presence

For students under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present at the tutoring location or available during online sessions.

5. Code of Conduct

• • Students must engage in sessions respectfully and
  • Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, may result in termination of services without a refund.
  • Tutors are not responsible for ensuring a student’s academic performance but will provide the best guidance possible.

6. Payment and Fees 

• • Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule before each session.
  • Late payments may result in service
  • Refunds will not be provided for missed or unused sessions unless approved under special circumstances.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

• • Personal information of students and parents will be kept confidential and only used for tutoring purposes.
  • Sessions may not be recorded without the explicit consent of all parties

8. Limitation of Liability

N8tive Minds and its tutors are not responsible for a student’s grades or academic progress. Parents/students acknowledge that tutoring is a support service and not a guarantee of improved performance.

9. Independent Tutors

All tutors are independent contractors, not employees of N8tive Minds. Any disputes between a tutor and a student/parent should be reported to N8tive Minds for resolution, though N8tive Minds is not legally responsible for the actions of tutors.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. N8tive Minds reserves the right to terminate services for any violations of these terms without prior notice.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, mediation or arbitration may be pursued as necessary.
